ordered tickets to the Friday, July 1st Cubs
game vs. the Washington Nationals (infield
terrace). They're first come-first serve at
$30 a piece, so email laura.jacobs@cesarchavezhs.org if
you would like to join us at Wrigley Field!
Evening. Very
informal welcome barbecue at the Jacobs’ home in
Wilmette.
Come from the Cubs game, or drop in anytime from about
6 pm on. You can take the
red line (Howard) or the purple line (Evanston Express) from Wrigley. They
leave from the same platform. The purple will take you all the way to
Linden (last stop), but the red will end at Howard and you will have to
switch (other side of the same platform) to the Evanston train to get to
Linden. From the station, head west (left) on Linden 2 1/2 blocks to 6th.
Turn left and take 6th two blocks to Maple. Turn right to #625. If you are

3:30pm rehearsal for the wedding party
at the Community Church of
Wilmette. Transportation will be provided from the
hotels, and then to the rehearsal
dinner.
Rehearsal Dinner for wedding party at
the Chicago Yacht Club, hosted by Jon's
mom, Janet Kravis. 400 E. Monroe Street, Chicago.
After Dinner - 8:30
- 11:30 pm, all
out-of-town guests are invited to relax together
at Goose Island Brew Pub, 1800 N Clybourn, Beer and
Karaoke, hosted by Jon's dad
Bob Kravis and his wife Maxine Scherz.
Sunday,
July 3 3:30 pm Wedding
ceremony at the Community Church of Wilmette, 1020 Forest
Avenue, Wilmette. Transportation from downtown provided. See
your welcome bag for more details.
6:00 pm Reception at Café Brauer,
2021 N. Stockton Drive, Chicago (in Lincoln Park). Transportation
from the ceremony provided for hotel guests. Everyone
will be on his
own getting back to the hotels, but cabs will be available. Complementary
valet parking offered as well.
Monday,
July 4 10:00 am -12:30 pm Brunch at Park Grill in Millenium
Park for
out-of-towners – one last chance to mix and mingle
with our out-of-town guests.
